We are a marketing agency servicing some of the biggest brands operating in the UK in the property sector – from residential property through to leisure markets. We specialise in print but we have a network of photographers across the country who visit prestige property and conduct photography, videography and floor-planning to assist the marketing of the property.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Designer to join our team, whose job it will be to work with/liaise with clients via email and on the phone updating and amending ongoing projects. You should have a strong administrative background and be organised as you will be supporting the team with processing and checking orders and helping manage deliveries/logistics.

The majority of the work artwork will be InDesign based and you will need to have the ability to understand/interpret brand/corporate guidelines and provide artwork within these guidelines.

In the 1st 6 months we will be focusing you on our clients brand guidelines and understanding the business, after this we will develop your skills into more bespoke work.

Experience with the Adobe suite would be useful but not needed; we are really looking for a candidate with a willingness to learn and want to join a vibrant team. You should also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel, along with good organisational, time keeping and administrative skills. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm and the role offers 24 days annual leave.


  • Provide timely artwork for customers, within studio procedures, whilst being very mindful of quality of artwork, high attention to detail and Customer satisfaction
  • Good telephone manner
  • Support Operations Management team to set and maintain studio workflows
  • Maintaining a positive work ethic, integrate well into the design team

Salary: The starting salary for this position will be £21,000 with eligibility to participate in the company wide bonus after a successful probation.
