OBI Property are looking for a Graphic Designer to work primarily on a Quarterly Journal, to be produced in a high-end magazine style with elements of lifestyle and culture as well as traditional property topics. Firstly, the candidate will be able to demonstrate previous work of this nature, which is more aligned with a fashion/art style than what you would expect from typical property collateral. This brand style is something we are looking to filter out across all areas of marketing. Other design work will be varied and wide ranging, including a luxury coffee table book, brochures, case studies, pitch documents, producing brand guidelines, and helping the interior design team with vinyl graphic design.
The in-house creative department is growing – we already have an in-house Video Producer and VR team, so there is the opportunity to also contribute in other digital areas such as Photography, Animation and Video, but primarily the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a contemporary visual style that will take the brand forward.
Salary is dependent on experience.
