We are looking for a client-facing Project Manager to be a part of the team running multiple work streams for our largest client.
The role requires a close working relationship within the team, and with the wider Creative and Production team to deliver Employee Engagement campaigns across a wide spectrum of media; flash presentations, print and video from small-sized projects including animations to large scale global employee engagement programmes, sound knowledge across core disciplines is essential.
The right candidate will need to confidently manage several ongoing work streams, utilising a combination of internal resources from different departments; multiple stakeholders and juggling lots of moving parts.
As the client’s main point of contact you be the calm presence, making considered decisions for the benefit of both parties.
You need to be a good communicator, ensuring vital information flows through the team at all times; and that the project team are clear on their tasks and relevant deliverables and deadlines.
What does the role involve?
Managing and ‘owning’ several workstreams/projects with our key client, from initial client brief through creation of multiple assets to final delivery of English Master and handover to translation for global roll-out
Working autonomously on a busy account, getting work done in sometimes challenging situations
Working across the project life cycle across core disciplines, Print, Digital, Video, Animation, Experiential (we do have Video & digital Producers to deliver video/online content specifically)
Budget management across projects (so a solid understanding in project value, budgeting, clear financial communication, budget reconciliation and how to financially run efficient projects would be very helpful!)
Reporting up on projects and delegating delivery tasks down across the agency
Quality control work from studio

Experience in Learning & development, or employee engagement a distinct advantage
Experience working with translators or translation vendors, a nice to have
