Creative & clients

  • Responsible for creative projects, with strong regard for and understanding of business and brand strategy
  • You’ll demonstrate a high level of Creative Intelligence (how to translate an idea or creative thought into tangible business reality)
  • You’ll be used to working at the highest level with clients and business owners (C-Suite)
  • You’ll show strong appreciation and use of language, messaging, be articulate and a first class communicator
  • You’ll be able to work on/manage a large number of significant projects/clients at a time
  • You’ll be responsible for setting up projects in the optimum way to get the best out of the team and resources
  • You’ll work closely with the account team on accurately estimating the creative team’s involvement and approch
  • You’ll be able to see the big picture, be a good problem-solver and calm/ resourceful
    under pressure
  • You’ll be trusted by clients to offer best advice on brand, media and methods of communicating and measuring results

Agency development

  • You’ll contribute all thinking and creative skills to directly benefit the agency’s growth objective – whether in delivery of exsiting projects, or growing the scale of existing projects or proactively developing new ideas/thoughts for clients and preparing an approach to discuss/present.
  • You’ll be constantly looking out for new ways to improve the service to clients and the running of the agency itself.
  • You’ll be involved in and help prepare any pitches or presentations we agree to participate in and will be expected to attend and present a proportion of them.



  • You’ll be responsible along with a PM/AM to manage the time spent on each project, be aware of the status of investment, and make adjustments where necessary.
  • Reports into Creative Director




Sal/package: Competitive salary (depending on level, experience and background)
