We are looking for an experienced digital and UX strategist to lead our small digital design team within Soapbox.
We have been designing and building websites for think tanks and other non-profit organisations for eight years now, so we really understand our clients’ needs and we have established processes and practices that allow us to create high-quality digital work.
But there’s still plenty of room for innovation and growth, and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for someone who can lead the agency’s UX and digital design practice, driving our strategic thinking and improving our work. While not directly producing digital design work yourself, you will manage your own small team comprising two midweight Digital Designers, working within Soapbox’s wider design team and alongside our development, operations and new business teams.
We are a close-knit, hard-working and ambitious agency. We expect all our staff to act autonomously and take responsibility for their own projects – with support when they need it, of course – so they can feel a personal sense of accomplishment when we successfully complete a piece of work.
We also look after our people and they tend to stay with us. We’ve designed our new Whitechapel offices to have plenty of social spaces and there’s a calendar of staff events across the year. On the rare occasions when you’ll have to work overtime, we’ll make sure you get the time back.
If that sounds appealing, get in touch.
