Description of position:
Work alongside Léman’s Chief Digital Strategist to develop creative content and engaging websites that communicate pioneering environmental research endeavors taking place around the world. Remote work is possible, Oxford/London residents preferred.
Website development, maintenance and troubleshooting
Designing website structure, page layout
Updating website content, debugging code, re-designing web pages
End user technical support
Testing user experience
Graphics development (animation is a plus!)
Qualifications and experience required:
Degree level of education or working towards degree in IT, Web Design or Multimedia
Using coding software – HTML and CSS
Using design software and digital design skills
Knowledge of web applications
Google Analytics and other Google Webmaster Tools
Commitment to continuing professional development
Other skills required:
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to express technical concepts in simple English
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Remote work is possible, Oxford/London residents preferred.
£8-10/hr based on experience
5 – 10 hours per week
